My Story
I believe deeply in a woman’s strength and intuition.
In my mid-twenties, I found myself constantly sick, on a prescription medication with side effects I hated and restless sleep night after night. Something deep inside of me told me there was a better way to live and man, oh man, am I forever grateful I trusted that little nudge. A deep dive into the philosophy that everything we put on our bodies is either making us more or less healthy led me to essential oils and I have never looked back.
Now, I have the BEST job in the world. I teach women all around the globe how to care for themselves and their families through the power of essential oils, nutrition and ditching chemicals once and for all. Perhaps my favorite part of my job is that I empower and mentor mamas like you on how to earn an income in small pockets of time so you can dream big!
I am a water-birthing, cloth-diapering, hand-me-down kind of mama.
Being a mom is tough - the hardest job in the world. It is overwhelming and sometimes you feel like you can’t do anything right. I strive for daily progress over perfection and never pass judgement. This is a safe space and I promise to share my experiences honestly and vulnerably.

I am here to listen and offer a safe space so women can explore their physical, emotional and financial health. Once we have identified their top concerns, I offer safe solutions for them and their loved ones that are approachable and cost effective. I hold their hand as they navigate this new lifestyle and empower them with the knowledge of where to find answers. This is a new way of caring for their family and I have done my job when they feel confident using natural solutions in their home for whatever may be thrown their way.

Living a natural lifestyle
I’ve struggled with body image for most of my life. I shot up to 5’11’’ and was fully developed by the time I was 12 years old. I was teased for being big in late elementary school and tormented by two classmates when I was the new kid when I was in middle school. These early experiences left a massive mark on my ability to love my body and show up confidently in the world.
